27 Jan '06 - + 28 - 23 Waterfall
I'm on a project that is trying to convert to
XP (Extreme Programming). Unfortunately, there are some die-hard fans of the Waterfall methodology on the team. I think we'll be able to convert them, but we'll have to make sure to keep them away from
Waterfall 2006, the impending conference. I hope no one goes to
User Stories and Other Lies Users Tell Us,
User Interaction: It Was Hard to Build, It Should Be Hard to Use, or
Testing: Saving the Best for Last; we might never make our conversion otherwise.
